Edible Office Garden – Living sustainability in the workplace

Greening the everyday workspace

The Edible Office Garden is a corporate initiative that makes sustainability visible not just at a communication level, but in its physical reality in the work environment. The goal is to create a working, edible green infrastructure that becomes part of the everyday workspace. This is not decoration and not a CSR event, but a regularly used, maintained, and collectively built space. During the project, we create a system in the company's own space—office, site, or courtyard—that fulfills learning, community, and awareness-raising functions.

Project-based ESG Partnership

Concrete, tangible environmental or social project

In this form of collaboration, the company supports the implementation of a specific, tangible environmental or social project. The emphasis is on the resulting outcome: a green development that generates real, measurable impact. The support can be directed, for example, to a specific development of the Mandala Education Garden, but it can also be implemented in another local community space. With the partner's financial contribution, a structured, professionally planned project is created. The model is not based on employee involvement, but on professional implementation and documented impact.

Active involvement of employees

This form is based on the active involvement of employees. It does not offer a one-time volunteer day, but a consciously built participation program in which employees can contribute to sustainability initiatives with their own competencies and time. The emphasis is on strengthening the internal culture and the shared experience.

Concrete challenge, joint solution

The pilot project is a collaboration in which the company brings in a specific challenge or development need, and we jointly develop a test solution for it. This can be internal process development, an educational tool, or a sustainability innovation. The goal is not an immediate perfect solution, but the creation of a tried and validated model.
