What We Do

Youth Incubation: 21st century skill development through real projects

Empowering the next generation of changemakers

IZI – Youth green incubator supports young people in becoming initiators. They work on real projects, make decisions, plan budgets, and take responsibility. We incubate sustainability and social entrepreneurship ideas while developing future-proof skills such as systems thinking, collaboration, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Why Focus on Youth?

Sustainability challenges require fresh perspectives, energy, and innovative thinking. We believe that young people have the enormous potential to drive significant changes. By providing them with the right tools, mentoring, and a safe environment for experimentation (and safe failure), we unlock their ability to create solutions to the pressing environmental and social problems of our time.

21st Century Skills

Development of critical thinking, collaboration, and creative problem solving through real situations and joint projects.

Real Experience

We go beyond theory: we work on real projects, with real budgets and tangible results.

We strengthen agency and self-confidence so that participants can boldly respond to global challenges at the local level.

Benefits of Incubation

Mentor Network

Access to a diverse professional community: entrepreneurs, experts, and mentors with practical experience. Participants receive support for developing their ideas, feedback on their projects, and guidance on how to turn their initiatives into real, working solutions.

Fundraising

Opportunity for initial financial support for the most promising projects. During incubation, young people learn how to build a feasible project from an idea and how to find resources for implementation – whether in the form of grants, partnerships, or community support.

Community

They become part of an inspiring community where like-minded young people work together for change. Joint work, exchange of experiences, and thinking together create an ecosystem that supports the birth of new ideas and long-term collaborations.
