Erasmus+ Programs
IZI's Erasmus+ programs are not classical mobilities, but real experiential learning processes where participants not only travel, but actively take part in community and environmental projects.
During the programs, international youth and professionals come to us, and we also work with foreign partners in joint projects. The focus is on joint thinking and practical implementation: sustainability, permaculture, community building, and an entrepreneurial mindset appear through real situations.
Participants work together in the Mandala Education Garden and connected locations, where they learn through tangible projects – whether it's garden building, water retention, planning community programs, or awareness-raising activities. Learning does not separate from action: the two happen continuously together.
An important part of the programs is cultural exchange and perspective shifting. Participants arriving from different countries bring their own experiences and good practices, while jointly searching for solutions to local and global challenges.
Erasmus+ collaborations do not end with the closing of the program: longer-term relationships, joint projects, and an international, active community are formed, which carry on the work started.
